Section 21 – Standard Agreement for All Uploads

YoungTunez India is authorized to distribute content across various digital streaming, social media, caller tune, and content identification platforms and monetize such content on behalf of the content owner.

Supported Platforms

Indian Stores: Gaana, WYNK, JioSaavn, Hungama, Moj

International Stores: Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, Instagram Music, Facebook, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud, Pandora, KKBox, Akazoo, iHeart, Netease, AWA, Boomplay, TikTok, Mixcloud, Audible Magic, Resso and other future platforms.

Caller Tunes: Airtel, Jio, BSNL, VI

Royalty Terms

  • 60% of net royalty received from digital distribution.
  • 80% of net royalty received from YouTube Content ID.

Content Ownership

The content owner confirms that they possess all necessary rights to the content being distributed through YoungTunez India. Unauthorized uploads may result in termination, content removal, revenue confiscation and legal action.

Agreement Duration

The agreement begins on {order_date} and remains effective until terminated by either party with at least 90 days prior written notice.

YoungTunez India reserves the final authority to remove content in case of violation of these terms and conditions. Both parties agree to perform their obligations under this agreement in good faith.
