There are no returns and refunds on the services offered by us
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will happen in case your uploaded song does not pass our Quality Check test. In this case, you will be notified about the uploaded content failing our Quality Check and the amount will be refunded to you within 7-8 days.
A refund can be asked via mail till your song status is Pending for Approval, QC Pending. Once your song status changes to APPROVED, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
We will refund the full amount in case your first song is not LIVE on any platform within 15 days of upload.
Refunds are also offered if there are defects but there are no refunds on subscriptions that have concluded.
Refund will not be processed in case of:
-Forced takedown by uploader.
-Takedown by the third party in case of infringement of rights.
-Misbehavior or use of inappropriate words.
-if this is a cover song then cancel this order with no refund.
-Takedown in case of unauthorized upload or upload of the cover song without having appropriate rights.
-Misuse of YouTube Content ID servie
-As per the content guidelines from Atlantis CRBT any content which has the brand name, prank, political, advertisement, corporate song/tone, National Anthem, Current Affairs, Protest, Objectionable Word or IVRS won’t go live, as these are considered as non-compliance on Atlantis CRBT
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We are totally against fraudulently using our platform to monetize content against the fair use policy. We strictly follow our CMS guidelines and any revenue generation using fraudulent means the user will be banned for lifetime from using our services, the royalties will be confiscated, and legal action will be taken to the strictest possible extent. All our expense will be borne by the user.
We are aware of all the means people use to monetize content on YouTube via other popular content, we keep checking this by our team to prevent such use, but we take immediate action if we receive such notification from any third party. We make sure to forward the notification from third party to our user, and we give our user to provide us a clearance on that, failing which our ZTP is applied.
